Vendors Employees

Vendors who have employees who pick up, perform repair, installation, consulting or maintenance services at or for Sintel or visit Sintel are required to provide Proof of Insurance.
 

Certificate on File Vendors are required to have on file with Sintel a valid Certificate of Insurance that  meets Sintel's requirements.
 
Minimum Coverage
  • 10 Day written notification of expiration.
     
  • Names Sintel as an additional insured.
     
  • General Liability limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
     
  • Employers Liability/Worker's Compensation coverage of $500,000 per accident, $500,000 for disease per employee and $500,000 for disease per policy period.
     
  • Automobile coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
     
  • Excess Umbrella coverage $3,000,000 per occurrence.

 

Self Insured If you are self insured you must provide a current copy of your proof of financial liability filing with the appropriate regulatory agency for the area(s)  of self insurance and a Certificate of Insurance for other areas.
