Machinery Power Machinery must come in set up to run on 110 Volt, Single Phase, or 480 Volt Three Phase.  Voltage will be specified on the purchase order.
 
Manuals Two copies of operations and maintenance manuals to be shipped to Sintel one week prior to machine arrival.  These are to be provided at not additional cost.
 
Electrical Schematics Two copies of electrical schematics shall be shipped to Sintel prior to installation of the machine.  These are to be provided at no additional cost.
 
Manufactures Warranty Manufactures warranty will begin when Sintel, Inc. has signed off and the machine accepted by Sintel, Inc.
 
Training Sintel, Inc. shall be given 2 man weeks training on site at no additional cost.  Training must be used by Sintel within two years from date of installation.
 
Machinery Acceptance Machinery shall be considered to be accepted by Sintel upon completion of the test run out as agreed to by both parties and specified in the Purchase Order as  described below:

FOB Point/Risk of Loss FOB Point / Risk of Loss irrespective of the shipping terms.  The vendor retains title and risk of loss until the machine has been accepted and signed off by Sintel.
 
UCC Documentation Vendor agrees to file within 30 days of final payment appropriate UCC documentation to remove all UCC filing relating to this purchase and show ownership transfer to Sintel, Inc.
 
Installation Installation is the responsibility of the vendor and must be completed prior to the due date as specified in the Purchase Order.  No additional charges allowed for non standard working hours required to complete the installation on time.
 
Utilities Sintel, Inc. is responsible to provide required utility service and hook ups to the machine. 
Completion Date Agree upon completion dates is _____________.  Failure to have the installation completed and the machine running to agreed upon production standards will result in a penalty of 2% of the purchase price per week (or portion of the week).  Completion is defined as sign off and acceptance of the machine by Sintel, Inc.
