By accessing this website or engaging Sintel Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for services, you ("Client," "Customer," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

Sintel Inc. offers custom engineering, manufacturing, prototyping, and fabrication services. All projects are governed by the mutually agreed-upon project scope, quotation, and any signed service agreement.

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

Final pricing may vary based on design changes, material availability, or scope adjustments requested by the client after project initiation.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice.

A 1.5% monthly interest will be charged on past-due accounts.

Sintel Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate work on any project for late or non-payment.

Lead times provided are estimates only and may be impacted by material delays or scope changes.

All risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.

Freight, packaging, and insurance costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

All intellectual property (IP) developed solely by Sintel Inc. remains its property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer-supplied designs and data remain the property of the customer.

Any joint development will be governed by a separate IP agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during a project.

This clause survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

We warrant that our products and services will conform to specifications agreed upon in writing.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Sintel Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, production delays, or third-party claims.

Orders may not be canceled once production begins unless approved by Sintel Inc. in writing.

Custom fabricated items are non-returnable.

Any authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be returned in original condition.

Sintel Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, supplier failures, or natural disasters.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

Sintel Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
